I did run into an issue at first, and I remember feeling frustrated in the moment because I wasn’t sure if it would get sorted out. But they handled it and fixed everything, which left me feeling relieved. It’s the kind of thing I’ll remember in a good way because they didn’t just ignore the problem.

The wash felt a bit rushed. They missed a few small areas, especially around the mirrors and the lower doors, and I ended up wiping it down again myself. For the price, I was expecting a more careful detail.. not terrible, but definitely disappointing!

Stopped by after a road trip and the vacuum was way stronger than I thought it’d be. I had sand and crumbs everywhere, especially between the seats, and it picked most of it up quick. I didn’t really use much else there, so can’t speak on everything, but the vacuum part was easy and I didn’t have to keep going over the same spots

I used primecarwash.com last week the wash itself was good. The car came out clean, the staff were friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long, which I appreciated. The only thing is, I noticed a small scratch near the back door afterward. I’m not totally sure if it was already there or not, so maybe I’m overthinking it? They were nice and helpful when I brought it up, though. I’d probably use them again, but next time I’ll definitely check my car before and after just to be sure.

I don’t have to think about it too much, which I appreciate. It’s easy to find, quick to get in and out of, and doesn’t turn into some big errand. For me, that convenience alone makes it a 5-star place.
